Domain Contracts

The customer or reseller agrees to register, transfer, renew, and manage the domains with the extension .AC through Upflare. This appendix regulates solely the registration and administration of domain names with the ending .AC.

1. Registration Requirements
General terms and conditions for registration can be found in the reseller control panel in the menu Account > Contracts.

2. .AC Policy (ICB) All accredited registrars of .AC domains agree to the terms and conditions of the .AC Registrar. The following policies will be applied to any individual or legal person who registers a domain under .AC:

3. Transfer of Domain-Names; Transfer policy
Domains with the extension .AC are not allowed to be traded or transferred.

4. Duration
The registration or the renewal of registration of domains under .AC is valid for a minimum period of 1 year and a maximum of 1 year.

5. Costs
For the registration, transfer, or extension of domains, the customer can use any of our available payment methods via Upflare. Any cost related to the registration, transfer, or extension of domains by the reseller, will be deducted from the reseller’s Upflare tier. Please kindly remind that the V.A.T. applies only to the customers and resellers whose corporate office is located in any of the European Union countries, and the European customers and resellers who have a valid V.A.T. ID. The customers or resellers who are registered in any country, outside the European Union are excluded by the V.A.T.

All accredited registrars of .AE domains agree to the Terms and Conditions of the .AE Registrar. The following policies will be applied to any individual or legal person who registers a domain under .AE:

3. Duration
The registration or the renewal of registration of domains under .AE is valid for a minimum period of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years.

4. Costs
For the registration, transfer, or extension of domains, the customer can use any of our available payment methods via Upflare. Any cost related to the registration, transfer, or extension of domains by the reseller, will be deducted from the reseller’s UPFLARE tier. Please kindly remind that the V.A.T. applies only to the customers and resellers whose corporate office is located in any of the European Union countries, and the European customers and resellers who have a valid V.A.T. ID. The customers or resellers who are registered in any country, outside the European Union are excluded by the V.A.T.
